Shipping Policy
To maintain our zero-waste production model, every ichinichi item is printed specifically for your order. We do not pull from static inventory. Please review our production and transit timelines below.
Production Timelines
Because your item is made to order, please allow 4 to 6 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information the moment your package leaves our facility.
Transit Times & Global Rates
Shipping prices are calculated directly at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping thresholds vary by region and are automatically applied at checkout.
- United States: 4 to 8 business days (after production)
- International: 5 to 12 business days (after production, depending on destination)
International Customs & Duties
For orders shipping outside the United States, customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred upon delivery. We cannot predict or reimburse these charges, and they are not included in the checkout price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking indicates the package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, you must first contact the carrier or your local post office. ichinichi is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit before being marked as delivered, or if you require further assistance, contact us at tshirts@ichinichi.studio within 7 days of the expected delivery window.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our full Return Policy for details regarding defective or incorrect items.
