Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

To maintain our commitment to zero-waste production, every ichinichi item is printed and made specifically to order. We do not pull from a warehouse, and we do not hold excess inventory. Because your item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or incorrect selections.

Order Verification

Please review your order carefully before checking out. It is your responsibility to verify your size, color choice, and shipping address. Detailed size guides are provided on every product page to help you make the right choice.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to production to ensure efficient delivery. Because of this automated process, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once checkout is complete.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our production. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Email tshirts@ichinichi.studio within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos showing both the defect and the full item.

Note: Claims submitted outside of this 7-day window will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ichinichi is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced once the shipping carrier marks them as "Delivered." Please ensure your shipping address provides a secure location for delivery.
