At ichinichi.studio, we operate under a strict zero-waste, made-to-order manufacturing model. We do not hold warehouses of mass-produced inventory. Instead, every single garment is specifically commissioned, printed, and constructed only after an order is placed by you.
Because your garment is uniquely produced upon your specific request and exact sizing specifications, our items fall strictly under the legal exemptions for customized and made-to-order goods under both the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Therefore, the standard 14-day Right of Withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to purchases made on this site.
We stand completely behind the structural weight and print quality of our garments. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact our support team immediately, and we will issue a rapid replacement or refund. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors on customized production runs. Please consult our detailed sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Note: In the event of an approved, exceptional return, please be advised that the customer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs to our facilities in the United States.
