EU & UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Notice to European Union & United Kingdom Customers

At ICHINICHI® (operated by ICHINICHI STUDIO, LLC), we operate under a strict zero-waste, made-to-order production model. We do not hold warehouses of pre-printed, mass-produced inventory. Instead, every garment is individually printed and produced only after your order is placed according to the specific design, garment shade, and size you select.

Because each piece is produced on demand to your individual order specifications, our garments fall under the statutory exemptions for goods made to the consumer's specifications under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Accordingly, the standard 14-day Right of Withdrawal (cooling-off period) for change-of-mind returns does not apply to made-to-order purchases placed on ichinichi.studio.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

Your statutory warranty rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain completely unaffected. We stand behind the heavyweight cotton construction and print quality of every garment we release. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email a photo to tshirts@ichinichi.studio within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Voluntary Size Exchanges

While change-of-mind cancellations are not covered by the statutory withdrawal right, we gladly offer voluntary size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please consult our Return & Exchange Policy for step-by-step instructions. Please note that for international size exchanges, EU and UK customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping postage to our returns facility in the United States.
